The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 came into force nearly 6 years ago (April 2006) and imposes a greater accountability on the employer to take appropriate fire precautions and arrangements including delegating responsibility to Fire wardens and arranging appropriate Fire Training, equipment and ongoing risk assessments.
